Very good question and the easy answer is Kevin Bacon. Kevin Bacon? you ask! Yes, think about the Kevin Bacon game and how you can link every actor ever to him through six other actors. CHD is like that. If people meet me for the first time in relation to my charity work or my book INVARIABLY they tell me about their cousin/niece/neighbor/classmate/etc. who was born with a heart defect. This is because 1/100 human beings are born with a heart defect (my target market of 2 million people, 4 million parents, 8 million grandparents, and millions and millions of people in their support networks).
So, when each of you steers people to Heart Warriors info (i.e. they see the pages referenced and click as directed), within that clicking swarm of humans will be people who either have or know people in my target market. Also, the book is just REALLY good, and anyone regardless of CHD would benefit from reading it. It’s good for the hearts and souls of anyone who has one.
